Our Story

It all started with one question: why are sunglasses so damn expensive?

Made well. Made affordable.

MESSYWEEKENDs are made in the same factories as other high-end sunglasses and snow goggles—but cost a fraction of the price. Why? Because we believe you deserve more bang for your buck.

Designed in Copenhagen.

Danish design is known for being functional yet sleek. We aim to live up to that reputation.

Our CEO, Morten, has spent countless hours working on our products' designs, materials, and testings. While we don't take ourselves too seriously, we do have a strong opinion about eyewear—whether sunglasses or goggles.

High Quality. Durable.

Every pair of MW sunglasses are handcrafted with acetate and Swiss TR90, a super resistant and durable material that's light as a feather, making it a perfect fit for glasses.

Every pair of MW snow goggles have a high-quality, high-contrast XE2 or XEp lens—allowing you to see more of your surroundings on the slopes.

Doing our part.

From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to do something to give back to our global community. That's why we have our 1 = 2 initiative. For every pair of MESSYWEEKENDs sold, we donate to clean 2 kg of plastic waste out of our oceans.

We're more than eyewear

MessySnow

Our passion projects reflect us as a company and as individuals. We started MessySnow because we don't just sell snow goggles, we love to use them, too.
